The New York Times has run a great (and long!) article about high-carb

low-fat diets and their effect on obesity. I like this article because it

goes beyond the " carbs bad " " protein good " thinking. It talks about the

difference between different types of fats and even more important, the

difference between REFINED carbohyderates and other carbohydrates.
