Guest guest
I like to drip my yogurt after it has been in the fridge and firmed up for about 8 hours. I line a colander with cheesecloth, put that over a bowl, place some yogurt in it and let it drip (in the fridge) for a few hours. That gets rid of most of the liquid and you end up with a firmer product. Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestions but I don't take it out of the fridge except for the time I get to work and I always drip it. This doesn't happen to me all the time, only sometimes. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. I hate watery yogurt. Thanks again, > > I like to drip my yogurt after it has been in the fridge and firmed up for > about 8 hours.
