Hey Everyone,

I didn't mean to get everyone worked up about A1/A2 milk.

I got the book because I was intrigued by some posts over at Google..

People make regular yogurt all the time and heal.

I have a difficult time getting better and I wondered if this was a piece of the

puzzle as I don't have trouble (just milk issues) with Cow SCD yogurt but I have

a problem with Cow products like cheese many times.

So for me this may be an important step in making choices to choose more goat

and sheeps product as many cow products in the States come from A1 milk.

This was totally off topic and I kind of mentioned it " BTW " because I was trying

to learn how to get more mileage out of goats milk yogurt since it is so runny

and so much gets chucked when it's dripped.

Anyway, don't want to upset anyone and their conviction on their path..

Hi Jodi,

Elaine was more worried about lactose than casein. But I also see mothers on this board of autistic kids that will not give there kids the yoghurt because of casein these are the people that should be trying a2 milk cows milk. If you can get your hands on some I would do it you will love the yoghurt it makes.

A word of warning for people who are lactose intolerant. Just because the a2 casein is digestable doesn't mean it helps with the lactose component. My dad learnt the hard way. He used the a2 milk in his tea only 3 times and he was sick as a dog for 3 days. Oh well you live and learn.
