Thank you everyone for all the birthday wishes. Turning 41 yesterday

wasnt that bad. Actually all things considered I feel and look

better than I did when I was 25. I am more active. I look younger or

so Im told. I now have a life.

I over did quite a bit yesterday. I had a DECAF venti mint mocha

chip frappuchino LITE and then a small piece of cake. I was totally

buzzing from the sugar...I didnt think the lite had that much in it

but I usually only get the grande not the venti. Add to that the

cake and I was literally bouncing and talking a mile a minute

yesterday(not that that in itself is at all unusual for me LOL).

But what goes up must come down and that it did around 4:00. I got

very hot and clammy and nauseaus. DUMPING !! So lesson

learned......Do not tempt your pouch even if its your 41st birthday.

It doesnt like it and gets pissed off.

All in all it was a great day. My hubby and daughter took me out to

breakfast. Then when I got to work my co workers had covered my desk

in gifts, flowers, cards and a happy birthday banner. The kids all

remembered my birthday and sang to me with no prompting from the

other teachers..in fact they sang when I picked them up from the

kindergarten class and kept singing til we walked across the street

to our center. The parents picking up the other kids thought it was

so cute and it was. All day long was just great. My coworkers gave

me gifts that really showed they cared. One gave me a little cherub

cheeks angel that had a cute poem about always being there for

me...and a print of a kitty looking in the mirror and seeing a

lion..it said 'What matters most is how you see yourself'.

So....birthday past. Thank you soooo much for all the greetings!!
