super runny yogurt redux

Gee, I was under impression, from previous posts (here or another list?) that

runny yogurt, while not terribly palatable or aesthetically pleasing, still

contained nutritional value. Has there been a change in consensus on this

issue? Or are we drawing distinction between " super runny " and just " plain ole

runny " ?

She was it was still milk-like in consistency. That's not

runny, IME. That's milk that didn't yogurtize.
