Guest guest Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 Gee, I was under impression, from previous posts (here or another list?) that runny yogurt, while not terribly palatable or aesthetically pleasing, still contained nutritional value. Has there been a change in consensus on this issue?
