Guest guest
Out of curiosity, why is Welch's grape juice legal when it says it is made from concentrate? I thought the book said that all concentrates were illegal but this is okay and there are some juice concentrates on digestivewellness.com that are supposedly legal? Why are they legal but not other concentrates and how do we know if it's legal or not? What kind of question do we need to ask the company in order to find out? Not complaining, I'm genuinely curious. I wish I had a better grasp of the science behind it all!
