Guest guest
I completely forgot about my yogurt. I always fill the Yogourmet with hot water when I start heating the milk, so that it's closer to the right temp. when I put the container in. Can this yogurt be used for anything, or do I need to toss it? Thanks, Sara

Don't toss it - that's a waste of good yogurt - see if you like it and if not, use it for cooking. Anyway, if it is too tart, add fruit or honey or use it in smoothies. Guest guest
Thanks everyone for your help! I think I can handle the tartness - I just didn't want to toss a whole half gallon of yogurt. I'll drip it and see if it will work mixed with strawberries and bananas. Sara > > > The SCD™ Knowledge Base > Yoghurt FAQ > 4. After 36 hours, it will not last as long in the refrigerator. >
