I just received S. boulardii from Kirkman Labs. I am going

to take it for candida. How often do you take it and is there any danger that

S. boulardii will over colonize the gut and become a problem? Thanks!

I agree 1 at a time -I'm yeasty and was on 1 a.m. and p.m. till recently when

doc uped it to 2 am and 2 pm due to D and has decided to keep it there - but I

think 2/ day and 3 acidophilus is probably a good place to be after it's all

intro'ed slowly
