Guest guest
I just received S. boulardii from Kirkman Labs. I am going to take it for candida. How often do you take it and is there any danger that S. boulardii will over colonize the gut and become a problem? Thanks! I'd recommend starting with a low dosage and build up -- <wry grin> I didn't, and triggered the most amazing round of die-off, which was NOT fun. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
