Guest guest
Hi Eileen, Apply the Vaseline or lubricant BEFORE you have a BM---apply liberally with some inside as well. Try to relax and not "force" the issue and keep your knees somewhat together as you go. After you have gone....pat the area with tissues or soft toilet paper as needed....do not rub. That is a good time to take a warm sitz bath......sit in a basin or tub with warm water...just needs to be to the hip area. Sit for a while and let the warm water relax and sooth the area. This should help the problem. You don't mention sharp or dull pain so should help your problem. Gen
