My daiquiris were delicious! Unfortunately, I don't have quantities to list. I

just tasted my way through the process.

I used frozen strawberries, fresh lime juice, honey to taste, plenty of rum, and

a bit of water when needed. After a night in the freezer, it had the

consistency of sorbet and was fantastic.

Looking forward to playing around with this, perhaps adding rasberries, mangoes,

etc.
