, I asked Shantae about this and she told me that I just need to take the paperwork we got explaing the procedure to the Dr. and have him go over it with you. Then you need to get a signed statement saying that you know what you are doing and understand the possible complications........thank goodness we don't have to go through what some people go through with one of those long tests...lol...
