Guest guest
Hi Marla, I used a Brita water filter for years – it only scrubs out the chlorine and not much else. Tap water is so contaminated these days that I finally bought a Multi Pure Water Filter. They are pricey (like $400) but worth it in my opinion. They are supposed to be the best on the market. http://www.multipureco.com/product_info.htm Also, many people with Hashimoto’s are using LDN (low dose naltrexone) with good results www.LowDoseNaltrexone.org I have seen that information posted at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lowdosenaltrexone/ of which I am a member. The nutritionist had Rach drinking distilled all these months. We have city water and live near Chicago. We aren't on a well or anything. It's Lake Michigan water. The MD said to just use a Brita pitcher and use tap water. Just wondered what you all drink. Thanks in advance for any advice or feedback. Marla P.
