Holly, So glad your trip was a success! It just takes some

planning ( & cooking!) ahead of time LOL.

Doing an SCD trip was remarkably easy! I just had to eat my food cold, because

I didn't have access to a microwave. Also, driving 700 miles (each way) with a

birdcage in your lap is not the most comfortable way to travel, but we all

survived somehow. Hurray!

That's certainly the truth! With the exception of fatigue, I felt pretty good

the whole trip. Even my anxiety was in good shape!
