Lima beans or navy pea beans are SCD-legal. Great Northerns are

Coconut flour is pretty advanced. Pecan, almond, and cashew, in that

order, are easier. However, most recipes can be subbed by using the

equivalent amount of baking soda for the specified baking

powder.
