Hi, I found a recipe for cupcakes made with white beans. Are they legal? I know they can't be canned but they aren't on the legal/illegal list.

Also, a lot of the coconut flour recipes have baking powder in them. Is there a way to substitute baking soda?

As Marilyn said, coconut flour is very advanced but I have been successful in

using baking powder in all the recipes I have tried.
