RE: white beans & baking powder

Hi, I found a recipe for cupcakes made with white beans. Are they legal? I know they can't be canned but they aren't on the legal/illegal list.

Also, a lot of the coconut flour recipes have baking powder in them. Is there a way to substitute baking soda?

Thanks Mara. HUGE TYPO. I've been successfull using baking soda as a replacement

in the coconut flour recipes I have tried.
