Hey!It's good to hear from you. I've been wondering how the appt went and how she was doing.

I was afraid the food poisoning from the steamed crabs would spiral out-of-control and begin a flare but ... good news. Kaitlyn has once again pulled herself out of it thanks to the SCDiet. After 5 days of intro again and 5 days of being careful she returned to "normal" last night!!

YAY!!!!! WOOHOOOOO!!!! I'm so glad she's better!!

Yippee!! So wiped the sweat beads off her brow, grabbed her glass of wine and danced a little jig as embarrassed Kaitlyn smirked, rolled her eyes and said that she's didn't know me! LMAO!!!! That's too funny!! I don't know why I panic when the SCD has ALWAYS come through for her!!! It has NEVER failed us, now even with food poisoning!'Cause it's scary. I panic every time anything happens with . I don't ever want him to get back to the place he was before the SCD. SCD has never failed him either. He hasn't been on CD meds since 2002 but what happened back then made a lasting impression....Again, I'm so, so happy she's better. Y'all have a good weekend!!Kim H.
