Guest guest Posted August 6, 2009 Report Share Posted August 6, 2009 A couple of times I have forgotten to add the starter to my yogurt, but quickly realized it and add it within the hour. I am remodeling my kitchen and preparing food on a card table, so I can't remember if I added starter to my last batch of yogurt. Does anyone know what the yogurt would taste like if I didn't ? would it even resemble yogurt or just be liquid ?.
