Guest guest
I love Trader Joe's, they have so many good things! Thanks for telling us about the Mediterranean style yogurt cheese, it sounds good. As far as the other is concerned, I think I'll stick with my Hood carb countdown yogurt, available at Raley's, as it has as few carbs, as little sugar and only eighty callories. I just love the stuff, and I eat it almost every morning. Oh as far as protein goes, I forget how much it has, but it's high. Guest guest
Thanks LaWanda, but I did realize it and in fact I went to Raley's to check it out. I bought the Hood's lo-carb Atkins approved peach yogurt and found that in my pre-op stage it wasn't quite sweet enough. I always buy the lite yogurts, like Yoplait. But I also realize that tastes change afterwards and I'll probably be very satisfied with the Hoods.
