Got LDN Script but have to take Flagyl& Cipro first

I am flaring so bad, the pain was so bad I had to go to ER. The dr gave me Flagyl and Cipro to take. My new GI said to take these first then start on the LDN. I am so naucious I can hardly stand it. Eating is very difficult.

Any advice.
