Guest guest
Ok, I will hope Dorian also responds to this since she is far more organized than me. We both stayed at the Homestead Village Residence Hotel I wish I could tell you the number but I don't have it. It was indeed about 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the hospital in a kind of business complex. We negotiated for a better rate and since we were in the hospital it was for medical purposes we got our rooms for $79 a night. This is a new hotel and it wasn't on the list that was given to us by the Inova Fairfax Hospital. However that was in February and it might be on that list now. And Dr Elariny saw us in his office after the hospital stay. We ended up taking a cab which cost about $20 one way. The thing is, if you are having someone stay at a hotel while you have surgery this is a good deal. The place is nice, the complex is nice to walk around for that ever important post op exercise, and the staff was friendly. Good luck Jeannie > >Ok all, I got through the psych visit just fine.
