Hi all,

I received this letter in the mail today from Coty, Dr. 's

office regarding my insurance. The insurance is requesting:

1. Medical records documenting diagnoses and appropriate treatments

of co-morbid conditions - In my questionnaire I had filled out that I

had depression (not diagnosed), hypertension (high in Dec)(not

diagnosed) and back pain (not diagnosed). I have NO medical records

stating any of these. I know that my MO is the cause......... What

was the point in going to a dr and being told that DUH......

2. History of participation in a three month physician-supervised

multidisciplinary program within the past 6 months that included

dietary therapy, physical activity and behavior therapy and support.

OK folks I had a baby Oct 11, 2000 and had lost weight in Dec and now

have gained all back. I knew last year I would be getting this

surgery and did not choose to be under a doctors care for weight loss

for the 5th time. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have faith that this will happen and this is just the beginning of

my ins battle, I know you all will help if at all possible. I have 5

days from the 29th before they deny me, they will reopen the case if

received after Thursday of this week. I believe my OBGYN will help

and I can't get to her till Thursday. Pray, swing anything and pray

again!!!!!!!!!
