that's what I buy, but if you go to the next page they also sell organic coconut flour which I believe is without sulfites if that makes a difference to you.-UC - 1 yearSCD - 3.5 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 4 pills 3 times a day - hopefully scd will help me get off these! No more Hydrocortisone or Prednisone!

Eileen this is the one I've bought too. I haven't bought any others so I can't

give a comparison. I get mine at WF.

I also use the Coconut Cream from Tropical Traditions and make puddings and pies with it. YUM!Ellen, I have a bunch of that - do have you anygood recipes to share for puddings and pies.TIA,Mara
