As one of the moderators, I would like to remind

everyone to please sign your name at the bottom of

your message. This is just so that we know to whom we

are addressing the response.

There is a message that was posted recently where many

were upset because there wasn't a name signed at the

bottom. Many times we do get new people in our groups

for what ever reason it may be have omitted signing

their name. Accidents can happen where a message is

posted and a person has forgotten to put their name at

the bottom.

Thank you

Ramona

Where are you at in the process? Have you had orientation yet? A lot of

it will depend on how quickly you lose your 10 percent. LaWanda At 08:31

, Fremont will actually schedule you when you are within five pounds

of goal. As things are now, is out and they aren't really good about

getting back to people just now. I would leave a message daily, one of our

group has already had to struggle to get them to call her back. Just

remember that persistance will pay, so keep on calling. Good luck to you,

and you will probably not get a date until sometime in August or

September. Thank God I am through with that, I went through Fremont too

and had my surgery in April. LaWanda At 03:22 PM 6/29/05, you wrote:

I went for orientation back in October, had my one on one with Dr.

Dennan in December, and it has been a long struggle for me to finally

have my 10% off. But I've been within the last five lbs for almost a

month. Finally reached my goal weight today!

I'm new at posting so didn't mention much on my first post.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long they waited to hear

from at Fremont after reaching their 10% goal?

Thanks,
