I've been battling heath and emotional problems, one being the issues surrounding my weight, and secondly depression which I sure is in part to due my weight. This morning on the way to work I'm thinking to myself...on no, not another birthday, I have nothing to look forward to, I might as well never been born, I might as well be dead and no one would notice. Thank goodness I have a young child, she is the only thing that keeps me living! I decided to challenge my negative emotions and celebrate my birthday, to really enjoy the day and do something special.
