Guest guest
Hi PJ, LDN 4.5 mg is the maximum dose for everyone taking it for autoimmune disorders, including bowel disease patients. I would suggest you go to the LDN website and look for your info there. You can find a link to the clinical trials at Penn State (if I remember correctly). If you do not have the address, it is www.LowDoseNaltrexone.org I find the site a little difficult to navigate (but then I’m computer challenged!). Carol CD 21 yrs SCD 5 yrs From: BTVC-SCD [mailto:BTVC-SCD ] On Behalf Of smdsmom2008 Mara-(or others on the board) What are the sources for the LDN dose of 4.5 mg? I would like to discuss this with my doc, but it would be nice to give some evidence- papers, studies, articles, that have settled on this dose as the best one for guts. _,_._,___
