Guest guest
Hi Tasha.. So we are all different, right? So what agrees with one person may not agree with another etc. Kim M, has functional upper GI issues called Sphincter of the Oddi among some other diagnoses.. She has managed amazingly well and is an absolute inspiration on being her own Private Investigator figuring out what works for her food wise, supplement wise, lifestyle wise... The list goes on and on.. She is awesome!! Kim and I have a lot in common.. many of the same foods that trigger her, trigger me etc. So she is pointing out what works for her to help me. I reckon she assumed " tough string beans " are kind of something that make me a bit unhappy. She is right LOL. Some of us are far more sensitive than others. String beans may not be an issue for you at all. So don't worry about this. If you find they are an issue you can try Kim M's suggestions. The SCD is about learning your individual tolerances within the parameters of BTVC and Elaine's incredible wisdom that she left with us.. trying and testing, approaching things slow and methodically.. That is the way to go!! Jodi
