Well, it's really finely ground and really nice.

Can't say how it compares to Digestive Wellness' though.

Honeyville is cheaper - plus they have sales 10 or 15% off sales.

I haven't tried Honeyville almond flour but one of the blogs I read

(elanaspantry) talks about the difference between Honeyville and Bob's redmill.

In her cooking she said she finds the honeyville works really well for her

recipes (as well as Lucy's kitchen shop almond flour). She said that bob's

" coarse texture yields runny results " and it's more expensive. I don't know

that she's tried digestive wellness almond flour though. If you try both, I'd

love to hear your thoughts.

You can't use TJs for baking - or, well, you can, but as you discovered

it doesn't work that great - but it's fine for things like almond milk

or

when you need a bit of a coarser texture.

Honeyville is great for baking.

Okay, whew! I was trying to figure out how I was going to get away with that

texture with my family. They were really polite, but it was obvious that no one

was thrilled with the outcome. I'll think about ordering almond flour in

another paycheck or two.

Thanks,

I've had both Honeyville's and Digestive Wellness' almond flour. I'd say they

have a similar texture.
