Guest guest
Barbara, try exercise. When I stopped the caffiene, I started my walking. I used to take my breaks with a snack and coffee; I stopped that and started going out for a walk at break time. That gave me enough of a boost to help wake me up. Now a simple walk around the building doesn't do it for me anymore (now that I'm down over 135 pounds), I walk up the stairs (to the 4th floor) once and sometimes twice during my break. That plus drinking lots of water, really helps. Then, when I'm just cold, and I need something warm to drink, I just add some DaVinci sugar free flavoring and Equal to a cup of hot water. Hope this suggestion helps. --Sandi > As I am getting ready to start taking off my 10%, I am wondering what other things might be good to try for a little energy boost? > > I am not a caffeine addict by sense of the word, but I tend to work long weeks (120 hours in the last 2 weeks) and sometimes cannot operate without the extra boost from coffee or an energy drink. > > Any advice of something I can use that wont make me keep the pounds on? > > Thanks > LTLJSMOM (Barbara for those who prefer a real name - lol)
