Guest guest
Hey Tina, I hear you. That was my same concern to and when I asked Beth (the nutritionist) here is how she broke it down. The said that if you are eating 3 oz meals, that deli turkey and chicken have 7 grams of protein. 3 x7 is 21 grams. 21 x 3 is 63 and she said that is the very minimum grams of protein you should have. She said don't worry about the fruit and veggies that we should focus focus focus on protein. Hang in there. Pam Marsh --- Tina ma2two@...> wrote: > Hi Maggie. Dr. Baggs is aboslutely wonderful. Guest guest
I understand that, Pam, but it sounds like she hasn't taken into account the malabsorbtion factor. I.e. how much of that protein are we absorbing. It's not just Beth who is at fault here, I haven't been able to get a clear answer from anyone about how much of foods and/or meds we absorb. Maybe they don't know because this process is so new. LaWanda At 07:15 AM 6/27/05, you wrote: >Hey Tina, I hear you.
