Re: Maybe a lucky insurance break

Angel,

I live in az and was denied for 2 reasons; 1. dr k is out of network

and 2. they said I don't met the critera. I do meet the critera so I

should be ok there, so I am only worried about the out of network

problem. If I get approved but they want me to stay in network (there

are no ds dr's in az) My plan is to tell them I am moving to ca for 90

days and would like to switch my benifits there for 90 days. Then I

will be able to use dr k with no network problems!! (at least thats

the idea I have no idea if it will work!)

Dear Ann,

I'm sorry I'm not sure what Dr. K's name is (is it

the one that's starts with Kes....)I remember hearing

about that Dr. but I guess I was so involved with

finding out about Drs here in Ohio that I can't

remember the spelling of his name! If I'm denied,

maybe I could do the same thing. I didn't realize he

was in network! I'll keep close watch on your progress

to see how you make out and if I get anymore info on

how to get around the " out of network " problem, I'll

let you know. Or if I am approved I'll send you a note

and maybe that will be some help to you. Anyway,
