Guest guest
Hey Bren Bren, question for you. First of all, congrats on making the progress that you have and for acknowledging the things that you have endured. I am proud of you. Second, I am not worried about you and your outcome because I know that you are going to make it. Third, I saw you mentioned you had a hotdog. I am not being the food police but I know they said to never eat that stuff. Did you remove the skin and if not, did it settle well with you. I know that you are so much further out than I am but I was just curious. I know they say don't eat a lot of stuff and it is for our own good and I follow the rules. However, I was just wondering when I see people try something if it really bothered them? Just inquiring. Guest guest
I have been cooking on the grill every weekend and hotdogs are one of the foods that I loved pre surgery and boy I wish I could just have a bite. That was the reasoning for the inquiry. If its okay, the next time, I might just try a little piece. lol Pam Marsh --- Pamela A Marsh sweetnlow20012001@...> wrote: > Hey Bren Bren, question for you. Guest guest
Pam, I know you don't think you like seafood...but if you grill...have you ever grilled shrimp on a skewer with a little bit of melted butter, garlic and lemon? It really is greaaatttt. That's what I had this weekend at the cancer relay fundraiser. I could only eat two of them...but they were great.Pamela A Marsh wrote: I have been cooking on the grill every weekend andhotdogs are one of the foods that I loved pre surgeryand boy I wish I could just have a bite. Guest guest
If I was going to eat one it would be Healthy Choice or Turkey, If you know what was really in allot of the hot dogs I bet you would pass all together. Guest guest
Caryl, you are so right about healthier options and I think that I will be just as content with the chicken or as much of the grilled burger as my pouch can hold. We need these little reminders to help keep us on track and I thank you truly.
