I did, Pam. I went to my sister's house, and slept a lot...rested a lot. I did walk 3 miles each day (actually more like 3.5 to 4.0), but I ate correctly, drank all of my water, and did my best to rest a lot in between.

So all of that was good...but now I seem to be catching a chest cold or something...it's my throat. It hurts, it's hoarse, and it's puffy.

Great, huh?

You too Robin, wish I could walk with you. My mother died of cancer, at the
