substitute for caffeine?

As I am getting ready to start taking off my 10%, I am wondering what other things might be good to try for a little energy boost?

I am not a caffeine addict by sense of the word, but I tend to work long weeks (120 hours in the last 2 weeks) and sometimes cannot operate without the extra boost from coffee or an energy drink.

Any advice of something I can use that wont make me keep the pounds on?
