That watch sounds exactly like what I need. I could

use it know to remind me to exercise my joints so they

don't stiffen up on me and then use it post op for

adequate fluid intake. If I don't move every joint in

my body atleast every 30 minutes they stiffen up and

are so painful to move. At night I set my alarm clock

4 or 5 times a night just so I can remember to move

around other wise I can't get out of bed. I am just

getting started in the process to get approval. I was

Denied 3 yrs. ago because of lack of medically

documented weight loss attemps. If I knew then what I

know now I would have pursued the insurance thing a

lot sooner. Please send me an email with any info you

have regarding where I can purchase one of those

watches. My joints thank you kindly for this posting.
