That's the dimmer switch I have. Got it at Home Depot. Works great.

Jodi,

I can never lift that pot without spilling it. I take a ladle or a glass measuring cup and dip it into the milk and then pout into my jar--takes a little more time, but it's not too heavy and I don't spill ( as much).

Thanks Misty..I am totally buying it.. would hate to see my machine go to waste and it is a bit much for me to use the dehydrator at times.I need to be careful with lifting and heavy type movements due to the incisional hernia from surgery. There is a limit how much I can bother my husband with the dehydrator.It is still an issue picking up the actual pot of heated milk to pour in the jar (that movement sets the hernia off) ARGH!Jodi
