It's good if you add fresh garlic to it and a few

grinds of fresh pepper - and that, no

way, no how, will taste like a smoothy. Unless,

I guess, your kids go for pepper and garlic ones.

Cauliflower popcorn is also good.

Essentially you take off all the nubby flowery bits of

the cauliflower, spray them or paint them lightly

with olive oil and roast until slightly browned.
