Guest guest
I don't have much experience here yet, having just come to the " other side " , but it seems from your schedule, you are grazing? Isn't that a reason for weight gain from the binder we were given? Also,do protein shakes count as a fluid or a meal for us anyway? I was wondering about that. Seems cutting back to the three meals a day will give you the results you want. Is it that you are really hungry between meals that you gave yourself that schedule? Hang in there, you are doing excellent with the excercising and muscle does weigh more than fat. I used to know an aerobics instructor that used to weigh himself daily and noticed that he would fluctuate as much as 5 lbs any given day. Your body just does that. Guest guest
I sense your frustration. It is very frustrating that there are so many different " plans " out there. How are you suppose to tell which one is the best. Hang in there! Guest guest
-- My body weight can fluctuate up to 7 pounds in one day. Weighing yourself 4 times a day is way too much. You should NOT be weighing in more than once a week. Hide the scale. Have Hubby hide the scale! Do anything to get rid of it. My sister is 3 years post- op and she only weighs herself once a week. If it up a bit, she brings the reigns back in a little bit and checks again the next week. She fluctuates 5 pounds easily. If she sees the number go up by 7-10 pounds, then she knows she has to get back to basics.
