I missed you at the Richmond meeting...

But I want to know...is this spiced plum jam something that we can eat?

Sure sounds yummy, and I have a big plum tree at our river house in

Eldorado...

Hi Maggie,

The batch I made is NOT for us....WAY too much sugar, I am going to

be experamenting with Splenda in my canning this year to see how that

works. I had a 5 gallon bucket to cook down so I didn't get to play

with the recipe this time...

Hey Lady!

Been working on a quilt for my cousin's new baby, working, gardening,

started a couple of new paintings, planning my backpacking trip at the

end of the month, helping a friend sell stuff on eBay, house/cat

sitting for a friend and otherwise being VERY busy.

Hmmmm...think I'll go take a nap :-)
