Gees- I can't imagine doing one-- I'd be sick as a dog. All I have to do is

indulge in three donuts in the course of a morning and I feel lousy-- and my

sugars don't usually get over 180 --- do you use the Bayer glucometer? it is

the easiest little contraption commpared to some of the others I have seen.--
