Dinah,

Yeah, I did.. It was due to Lyme disease coinfections.

Although some have slight body discomfort for a little while until the body

adjusts. It's not the norm though (unless Lyme issues or MS)

I was debilitated.

Have you looked at taking DLPA for the pain?

That is the common suggestion on the LDN group.

Some have to work through the discomfort for a couple of weeks and it's over.

I have spoken to a few LDN'ers, it really varies with the body discomfort.

You should go ask this on the LDN group as there are more people familiar with

this situation.

Also, Dr McCandles the creator of the Emu oil cream hangs there from time to

time and can help troubleshoot this.

Yes, I had seriously aching joints for the first days. Then that

disappeared and I've seen had joint pain far less often than ever before.

Sometimes various symptoms will crop up when you first take LDN until your

body adjusts. But for most people they go away (and also depending

somewhat on what ailed you in the first place).
