Gmar Chatima Tova, Jodi... and everybody.

It's 9:30 am and I still haven't decided what I'm going to cook for today. I'm just feeling so low, I can't move and shake my brain into thinking. I know I should be eating lots of protein, very legal foods so that I don't have a reaction while fasting (and get dehydrated). Yuck. I can't think.

Feel good, have an easy fast!

Tsom Kal and Gmar Hatima Tovah from me, too.

Mara, off of coffee since Friday morning to avoid the

dread 25 hour fast caffeine withdrawal headache.

Ouch!

A good Yom Kippur to all of you too. I was not sure I could fast this year- it

seems like too soon after having been sick, and while still taking Sulfasalazine

which you have to take a lot of liquids with. I know that for health purposes,

it's OK to not fast, but I also feel bad about it. It gives me a lot of hope to

see you fasting, as I did not want to give it up for the long run.

May we all have a healthy year to come- and many more :)

pharmacy. Use it at 10 am...

I just have to say that I love seeing these types of messages on here. It's

been very educational for me and I enjoy the diversity we have on this message

board!
