Guest guest
The MCFA (medium chain fatty acids) in coconut oil also have antifungal properties so not only will they kill disease-causing bacteria and leave good bacteria alone, they will also kill candida and other fungi in the intestinal tract, further supporting a healthy intestinal environment I guess then my only question is, does heating the oil change that? Or is it still okay? DO you have to eat the VCO raw I guess is what I'm asking. jonathan

Guest guest
Thanks for the various coconut oil explanations. I recently decided to buy and try coconut oil. I was surprised how much better I very quickly felt. The surprising part of feeling much better was that I thought I already felt very good. Guest guest
I first scooped out a teaspoon or two or three but when I felt the rush of reversing a nutritional deficiency I repeated this procedure for several days till that feeling subsided which indicated the deficiency mostly reversed. Later I made coconut, flax, olive oil mayonnaise with blue cheese for a vegetable dip. I continue with 1 or 2 tsp coconut oil daily just off of the spoon. I noticed my mind and body functions improve. My stool improved also. Guest guest
How are you doing Kathy,I am not Morton, but wanted to comment. I use Nutiva Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and I love it!! I put a tablespoon on my Raw Goat yogurt smoothies and cook almost everything with it. Instead of using butter (which my body does not seem to like-sad I know) on my almond bread i replace it with coconut oil. I eat it plain of the spoon, I put it in my hair, I put it on my skin, etc. It helps with digestion, it is way easier on the gallbladder, helps with inflammation, etc. I do feel good when I use it. Hope you can incorporate it in your life, because i belief is one of the best oils out there!! Guest guest
Hi Mort, What kind of nutritional deficiency coconut oil filled for you? Do you think it may be more connected to the anti viral/anti fungal properties coconut oil has and therefor furthered in correcting gut dysbiosis? Coconut oil has really helped my thyroid function too.. I really feel it's like this natural miracle food. Amazing stuff. Jodi
Guest guest
Hi Jodi, It feels as if it cured some nutritional deficiency but I don’t know which one. It caused the same feeling in my when I first realized I had a B12 deficiency and my family medical doctor gave me a B12 injection. This is what I meant about curing a nutritional deficiency. I think it is wonderful also but I have absolutely no explanation as to why. From a practical point of view it doesn’t really matter why. All that matters is that it seems to really help.
