Guest guest Posted May 4, 2001 Report Share Posted May 4, 2001 Hi Becki: In that case I am dated right along with you and I loved that song, everyone I knew hated it and I would walk around humming it! <evil grin> If I am not mistaken all the benefits are in the yolk and nothing in the white, a doctor once explained it this way, the white of the egg is just to hold the yolk safely. I don't like the yolk in hard boiled eggs but in egg salad they are okay but I do like them in fried eggs so I can dip my toast in them, go figure. If I am incorrect about the white I am sure someone will correct me if nothing else we all try to keep the information as right as possible.
