Guest guest
it was pretty cool -only a lil sting in left arm but I totally felt she understood everything - looking at my tongue could tell I have digestive issues still (as good as I think i'm doing sometimes -LOl) but I'll probbably go 1/ a week for a while - is that the norm????That's what I'm doing.when did you guys see/feel a change in intestines/energy etc ???After the first time, that very night my mood was better than it's been in forever. No changes really in intestines yet, but I've only been twice.thanks Eileenseeing app. kin. tues p.m. -so psyched - so I just bring foods in sandwich bags Alyssa????I just used snack baggies the first time, and then the second time I used little plastic 1 oz (1.5 oz?) souffle cups. You don't really need that much. And you can test supplements and stuff too.di you tell him your dx 1st or should I see what they say - if healing has taken place will it be accurate???? I just gave him the rundown of my whole history before he started. I guess your AK will just tell you what she/he wants you to do or tell him/her. Good luck!! And have fun =) Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa 15UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)No meds except for the stupid iron pill I have to take that is SO illegal

Guest guest
Hi Eileen, I usually go twice a week sometimes if I can't fit it in I go once- that rarely happens. It calms my digestive system down but I primarily do it for aches and pains, nausea and sinus issues. It can sometimes give me an energy jolt. Dr Cai is really careful not jolting me or making me too tired. I love how he knows exactly what sensation needles will give me. He also helps my adrenal fatigue and bizzare thyroid issues. It's gotten so much better with his treatments. He also helps with discomfort associated with menstural issues (PMS is so much better) and discomfort with incisional hernia. He always checks my pulse and tongue (still comments on congestion and yeast issues.. He's somewhat Perplexed at my on going yeast issues ARGH!) He is a very big supporter of the diet I am on although after surgery he wanted me to add in a bit of rice to bulk up. I decided instead to watch certain carb intake and my BM's got firm again!! Way to go RTFM'ing to death yet again. I don't take supplements he gives me nor do I take any herbs. We have an established understanding between us (he is friends with Dr Kroner and lets her take care of that end) he knows I am sensitive to supplements so he keeps the needles in longer for me. He also does Chinese cupping on me which really helps my lungs and detox issues. I love it! No allergies this season, woohoo! I am not big on AK- I muscle test here and there- I used to be far more into it years ago.. But there are many factors with AK.. So if you guys dig it I rather not comment on it too much. Still it can be a very handy tool! Jodi

Guest guest
Eileen, He works out of a chiro's office... So Pat takes new patient calls for him. Did you leave a message? Anyway, I think it is smart to go to someone local as it is quite a schlep coming into the city for this. Especially if you feel great and go more than once a week. Chinese cupping; http://www.itmonline.org/arts/cupping.htm My acu guy doesn't have the cups on too tight. But if you have marks it's really not a big deal. Guest guest
My acu guy doesn't have the cups on too tight. But if you have marks it's really not a big deal. Jodi My acupuncturist has used the cupping on me for pain or to help ward off colds, etc. I love the cupping! DH says it looked like I was attacked by an octopus but so what. The marks go away soon and they don't hurt. The cupping feels SO good.
