Guest guest
Been offline for a few days due to moving house. Just before I moved I received my first purchase of some liquid minerals from BodyBio/ELyte. I'm still testing how many drops of the liquid minerals my body needs and/or will tolerate, but I can already tell my body is absorbing the minerals better from this form than crushing tablets or mixing powders and mixing in my electrolyte drink or plain water. Liquid minerals sure makes putting together electrolyte drink easy. Oh, they have liquid iodine, so I can stop using iodized salt (with dextrose) and maybe even improve my thyroid functionality. I'm being careful not to overdo the iodine, don't worry. If anyone wants to give them a try, here's a link: http://www.bodybio.com/storecategory110.aspx If the link doesn't work, just look for "Liquid Minerals" in the index listed on the left side of the screen when you get to www.bodybio.com/ Kim M.
