If I didn't have a fear of flares/pain/discomfort/etc., perhaps I would eat the whole jar of nut butter! As it is, I just dream longingly of it mixed with delicious creamed honey *drool*. Same thing with illegals. I haven't been tempted yet because of all the potential consequences. Oh, my Lord, I need to repent of this gluttony. I really believe that. , The Good Lord put plants and animals on this earth for us to eat, and also, in the case of animals, to be companions. Eating adequate and healthy food is a way of praising God for His gifts to us. Eating adequate, and healthy food to heal your body is not gluttony -- it is following God's word. It's not unusual to eat more of something which tastes so good, especially when, for the first time, you can eat something delicious and not pay in pain and blood. Don't beat yourself up.
