Pat:

I know there are lots of choices but the unflavored protein powder we have found that sits best with us is Zero Carb Isopure. The Zero Carb is misleading as we use Lactaid Milk and frozen fruits to make our shakes so they have a fair number of carbs. It is available at most health food stores and locally at GNC just down the road from us. Many supermarkets also carry it. I would point out that is a very individual taste and what works for me may well not for you. Try small sizes until you hit on the brand you like. YMMV.

Hi Rita, I am interested in knowing what brands of unflavored protein powder you use and where to obtain it. Thanks, Pat
