I have gotten the same exact thing.

They are needles after all.

It's important to relax and have some faith in the process.

The only time I had pain or bruising with acupuncture was when I suggested that

he use the needles closer to the area that was bothering me (elbow tendonitis);

when he did it his regular way it never really hurt -- I should have trusted him

more!
